Terms & Conditions
1. Orders received till 2 pm will be delivered on next day unless delivery date is mentioned.
2. Due to time Zone differences delivery update will be provided within 24-48 hrs.
3. We request that you always provide the correct physical street address, including apartment no.,
business name, suite, street name, and ZIP code.
4. If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we use our best judgment on the
safety of the delivery, and will leave the product on the doorstep or with a neighbor.
5. Order will be delivered between 9AM to 7 PM (as per country time zone).
6. If you need to cancel an order, please do so 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
7. If you do have a complaint with any of our products or services, please report within 7 days of the
requested delivery date and we will make every effort to correct any problems to your
satisfaction.
